Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Breathwork

Breathwork (including but not limited to Conscious Connected Breathing, Hylotropic-style, Wim Hof Method-inspired, Transformational Breath®, Rebirthing, pranayama, or any other conscious breathing technique) is an experiential practice that can produce intense physical and emotional changes. You acknowledge that breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, therapy, or professional mental-health care.

2. Health & Safety – Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have no medical or psychological condition that could be worsened by breathwork, including but not limited to: – Cardiovascular disease, angina, heart attack history, uncontrolled high blood pressure – Epilepsy or seizures – Glaucoma or retinal detachment – Severe asthma (unless you have your inhaler with you and are cleared by a doctor) – Pregnancy (especially first trimester or high-risk pregnancy) – Recent major surgery or bone fractures – Severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder with recent episodes, etc.) – Any condition requiring medication where altered breathing could be dangerous

  • You are not under the influence of recreational drugs, alcohol, or any substance that impairs judgment during the session.

  • You will immediately inform the facilitator of any discomfort, dizziness, tingling, tetany, emotional distress, or other unusual symptoms during the session.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Services are provided for educational, self-exploratory, and wellness purposes only. They are NOT medical treatment, psychotherapy, or counseling. If you have any doubt about your suitability, you must consult a licensed physician or mental-health professional and provide written clearance before participating.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with breathwork. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge [Provider Name/Business], its owners, facilitators, assistants, employees, contractors, venue providers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, death, emotional distress, or loss – however caused – during or after participation in the Services.

5. Confidentiality

What is shared in group sessions is confidential. You agree to respect the privacy of all participants and not disclose personal information shared by others.

6. Recording & Photography

  • Sessions may be recorded for training/supervision purposes only with explicit prior consent of all participants.

  • You may not record, livestream, or photograph any session without written permission.

7. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% administration fee (or payment-processor fees).

  • Cancellations 7–14 days before: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before or no-show: no refund.

  • Online courses and digital content: non-refundable once access is granted (except where required by consumer law).

  • Transfers to another date/event may be allowed at the Provider’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, manuals, videos, audio recordings, and techniques remain the intellectual property of the Provider or their licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Copying, distributing, or teaching the material commercially is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (pandemic restrictions, natural disasters, venue closure, illness, etc.). In such cases, fees may be credited toward a future event.
